Smoky Crossing - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

While Pigeon Forge is filled with large‐scale resorts, cabin rentals, and chain hotels, there is a
noticeable gap in the market for smaller‐scale, design‐driven boutique accommodations. The project goal is to create a 3‐5 story mixed‐use building in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee that
celebrates the spirit of the Smoky Mountains through thoughtful design, local craftsmanship,
and authentic experiences. Rooted in the region’s rich Appalachian culture and artistic heritage,
the building will serve as both a welcoming retreat and a cultural destination, where guests can
connect with the area’s natural beauty, history, and creative community.
