The Franklin Residence is a multifamily residential design project located at 4440 W Alameda Avenue in Denver, Colorado. Commissioned by the Franklin family, the project aims to create a contemporary home that balances privacy, functionality, and sustainability. The program includes a primary residence for Emmett and Lydia Franklin, their two children, and Mr. Franklin’s mother, as well as two rental units, a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom apartment, designed to provide additional income while maintaining separation and privacy between households.
