Site Renovations - Cogan Station, Pennsylvania

The Christian church at Cogan Station has come to us to help them with a future project on the rear of their property. They hope to host more community events, thus wanting to add.​ They requested a new pavilion to replace existing 2 pavilions, a kitchen/concession state with 6 family style bathrooms, to create a courtyard area between pavilions and concession stand with firepit​, grills and landscaping​, add a new playground​ area, a pickleball court​,a new stage area (changing room/bathroom) with amphitheater seating built into the hillside, and a new parking lot.
